Multi flutist, improviser, and composer Anders Hagberg is connecting worlds between genres, art forms, and cultures in his solo performance ‘Trust’.

In this performance, Hagberg will perform music from his albums Ma (2022), North (2020) and Trust (2018) as well as an arrangement of traditional Scandinavian songs. Serving as an inspiration for Hagberg's music are his long term collaborations with classical musicians from the Middle East and India.

‍Anders Hagberg is a flutist, soprano saxophonist, composer, and professor of musical performance/improvisation at the University of Gothenburg, Academy of Music, and Drama. Renowned for his innovative fusion of jazz improvisation with Scandinavian lyricism and Oriental influences, he's a virtuoso on various flutes and soprano saxophone. Collaborations with artists worldwide from diverse genres and cultures define his boundary-crossing projects, which span film scores, dance performances, and Swedish Grammy-nominated albums.
